Mr. Pham Quang Hieu, who enrolled in the Graduate School of Law at Nagoya University in April 2003 and received his master's degree in law in March 2005, was appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in May 2021.
