Nagoya University Trustee and Professor of the Graduate School of Science Hideyo Kunieda has been awarded the University Medal of the University of Freiburg, Germany.
The University of Freiburg awards this medal to persons who have contributed to the university in education and research.
Prof. Kunieda received the medal for his contributions to many years of partnership between the two universities, the promotion of joint research projects, and so on.
