Nagoya University Student to Receive FY2019 JSPS Ikushi Prize

Mr. Takahiro Tsukamoto, a second-year doctoral student at the Graduate School of Economics, Nagoya University, has been selected for the Tenth (FY2019) Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Ikushi Prize.

 

The prize was established in FY2010 to recognize and support outstanding doctoral students who show promise in contributing to future scientific advancement in Japan.

 

Out of 175 nominees, 18 students have been selected to receive the Tenth JSPS Ikushi Prize. The award ceremony will be held on March 4, 2020.

Research Topic: Development of spatial autoregressive stochastic frontier models and research on industrial agglomeration and productivity spillovers
