Synchrotron Radiation Research Center

The Synchrotron Radiation Research Center was established with the purpose of constructing and utilizing the 1.2 GeV small but hard X-ray synchrotron facility by 4 superconductor bending magnets, which was designed by the Center, and discussed in detail with Aichi Prefecture and the industries in the Central Japan area. The center consists of light source division, beam line division, and measurements/analysis division. The facility is under construction and is planned to be completed within 2011 fiscal year. It is scheduled to open for public use within 2012 fiscal year. The photographs taken every month can be seen on the NUSR Homepage.
