
Five researchers affiliated with Nagoya University have been named in Clarivate’s Highly Cited Researchers List for 2025.
This list recognizes researchers who demonstrate significant and broad influence in their fields, contributing to innovations that make the world healthier, more sustainable, and which drive societal impact.

In 2025, Clarivate recognized 6,868 individuals with 7,131 awards from more than 1,300 institutions in 61 countries and regions. Each researcher selected has authored a minimum number of research documents that rank in the top 1% by citations for their field and publication year in the Web of Science Core Collection over the past 11 years.
