Professor Takashi Yoshimura to receive 57th Naito Foundation Merit Award

Nagoya University is pleased to announce that Professor Takashi Yoshimura, Director of the Institute of Transformative Bio-Molecules (ITbM), will receive the 57th Naito Foundation Merit Award. The award ceremony will be held on March 18, 2026.

This award is presented by the Naito Foundation to researchers in the natural sciences for an outstanding achievement that contributes to human health.

Professor Yoshimura is being honored for his work on “Understanding and controlling the seasonal adaptation mechanism in vertebrates.”
