Prof. Hiroyoshi Nishikawa Elected as Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS)

Professor Hiroyoshi Nishikawa of the Graduate School of Medicine at Nagoya University (Chief of the Division of Cancer Immunology, Research Institute/EPOC, at the National Cancer Center Japan) has been selected as an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Fellow, according to the AAAS’s announcement on November 24, 2020.

The AAAS is one of the world’s largest academic organizations and publishes a number of prominent academic journals including Science. Every year, the title of AAAS Fellow is given to AAAS members who have been highly regarded for their achievements in their research section.

Prof. Nishikawa is the only Japanese person among the 39 AAAS Fellows elected in the Medical Sciences section in 2020.
