Nagoya University held its Fall 2026 Graduation Ceremony on September 25, 2026, at Toyoda Auditorium. The ceremony celebrated 250 graduates, including 56 bachelor’s degree recipients, 113 master’s degree recipients, and 81 doctoral degree recipients. Among the graduates, 189 were international students, representing just over three-fourths of the graduating class.
The ceremony began with the entrance of President Naoshi Sugiyama, faculty members, and special guests, accompanied by a performance by the Nagoya University Symphony Orchestra. President Sugiyama delivered an address to the graduating class, offering words of encouragement and guidance as they embark on their future endeavors. The ceremony also featured a congratulatory speech from distinguished guest Ms. Wang Li, Chairman of Shanghai Tongyuan Investment Co., Ltd.
