The Kobayashi-Maskawa Institute (KMI), Nagoya University will host the 7th KMI International Symposium on “Quest for the Origin of Particles and the Universe” (KMI2026) from November 9 to 11, 2026.
The symposium aims to review the current status and future prospects of cutting-edge research in particle physics, astrophysics, cosmology, and related fields, and to promote interdisciplinary collaboration across these areas.
This year’s symposium will also serve as the Kick-off Meeting for the Dark Matter International Research Center (DarMa), established within KMI. DarMa brings together researchers in particle physics, astrophysics, and cosmology to advance interdisciplinary approaches to the dark matter problem.
