Professor Yoshizumi Miyoshi awarded Kristian Birkeland Medal

Professor Yoshizumi Miyoshi, of the Nagoya University Institute of Space-Earth Environmental Research (ISEE), has been awarded the Kristian Birkeland Medal by the European Space Weather and Climate Association.

The medal is awarded to researchers who have made significant contributions in the field of space weather research. Professor Yoshizumi received the medal for his research into radiation belts.
