Dr. Tomoko Ishikawa, Graduate School of International Development, appointed to ICSID Panel of Conciliators

President of the World Bank Group, Dr. Jim Yong Kim, in his capacity as ex officio Chairman of the Administrative Council of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), has designated Dr. Tomoko Ishikawa, Associate Professor at the Graduate School of International Development, Nagoya University, to serve on the Panel of Conciliators maintained by the Centre. Ishikawa is one of ten persons, none of whom may be nationals of the same country, that Dr. Jim Yong Kim is permitted to appoint under Article 13 of the ICSID Convention.
