Nagoya University Graduation Ceremony Fall 2025 will be held as follows:
Date and Time : Monday, September 29, 2025
Start time: 10:30 a.m. (Please enter by 10:15 a.m.)
Venue: Toyoda Auditorium, Nagoya University
Eligibility: Students graduating from undergraduate and graduate schools in September 2025
*Details about the Degree Ceremony at your undergraduate/graduate school will be announced separately by your respective undergraduate/graduate school.
Please note the following:
- The ceremony will be conducted in English.
- There are enough seats available, so relatives, faculty and staff may attend the ceremony in the Toyoda Auditorium.
- The ceremony will be live-streamed for the benefit of overseas/ distant residents and their families. The URL for the live broadcast will be posted on this page before the ceremony begins.
- Those who have fever or other cold symptoms will not be admitted.
- Decisions regarding the use of masks shall be left to the judgement of the individual.
- No cars, motorcycles, or other vehicles are allowed on the university campus. Please use public transportation. Please do not park in the parking lots of convenience stores, stores, etc. in the vicinity of the university.
- If you have a disability and require assistance, please contact your undergraduate/ graduate school in advance.
