Professor Hiroshi Shinokubo Receives Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Prize (JSPS Prize)

Professor Hiroshi Shinokubo received the 8th (FY2011) Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Prize (JSPS Prize).

The JSPS Prize recognizes and flexibly supports young researchers to encourage them as future academic research leaders with the potential to become Nobel Prize candidates.

Professor Hiroshi Kubo won the prize for his research on ‘Development of Novel Synthetic Methods of Functional Porphyrins’.
