Ten high school students from Bangkok toured Nagoya University on September 4, 2026, as part of an ongoing exchange program between Aichi Prefecture and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
The visit brought a delegation of 16 people to the Higashiyama Campus, including the students, two officials from Aichi’s international affairs division, an interpreter, and three staff members from Bangkok.
The group toured the Common Nexus facility before receiving an overview of the Nagoya University and its G30 International Programs. Students then visited the Nagoya University Museum, where staff gave a short presentation, followed by a stop at the 2008 Nobel Prize Exhibition Hall.
The day closed with a lunch exchange at a nearby restaurant, where the visitors met three Thai international students currently enrolled at Nagoya University, along with a faculty member from the Global Multi-Campus Institute.
