2025 Akasaki Students’ Incentive Prize winners announced

After a rigorous and impartial judging process conducted by the award committee, the 2025 Akasaki Students’ Incentive Prize was awarded to the five graduate students. This award was established in the 2022 academic year as a way of commending first-year medical students and first-year doctoral students in the humanities and social sciences, sciences and engineering, and bio-medical sciences whose research has been recognized for its potential future impact, thereby showcasing the university’s high educational and research standards to persons both within the university and beyond. The award ceremony was held on September 2, 2025, at Nagoya University’s Higashiyama Campus.
