Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer Division

Without limiting intellectual property activities to protection and utilization of intellectual property, the Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer Office is aiming to support the university’s continuous research development and establishment of long-term industry-academia partnership.

Therefore, the Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer Division is positioned in the Headquarter Office for Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration, an organization to perform positive and systematic promotion of industry-academia-government coordination, to undertake the following roles:

  1. Study and gathering of market information, provision of information about positioning research
  2. Gathering and patenting research results
  3. Utilization of research results
  4. Development and support of research strategy
  5. Support Basis: Function of infrastructure that supports the four roles (1-4) stated above
