It was our pleasure to welcome His Excellency Mr Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador-Designate of the Kingdom of Thailand, to Nagoya University on May 16th.
Nagoya University has strong connections with Thailand, including an office in Bangkok and partnerships with a number of Thai universities including Joint Degree Programs.
The Ambassador met with Nagoya University President Naoshi Sugiyama and other Nagoya University representatives, before hosting a roundtable discussion with some of our Thai students, who come from a number of different academic backgrounds, including bioagricultural sciences, engineering, international development studies and the G30 International Programs.
