Nagoya University Graduation Ceremony Fall 2023 and Nagoya University Entrance Ceremony Fall 2023 will be held as follows.

Nagoya University Graduation Ceremony Fall 2023

  • Date and Time : Wednesday, September 27, 2023

  • Start time: 10:30 a.m. (Please enter by 10:15 a.m.)

  • Venue: Toyoda Auditorium, Nagoya University

  • Eligibility: Students graduating from undergraduate and graduate schools in September 2023

*Details about the Degree Ceremony at your undergraduate/graduate school will be announced separately by your respective undergraduate/graduate school.

Nagoya University Entrance Ceremony Fall 2023

  • Date and Time : Sunday, October 1, 2023

  • Start time: 10:30 a.m. (Please enter by 10:15 a.m.)

  • Venue: Toyoda Auditorium, Nagoya University

  • Eligibility: Students admitted in October 2023 (Both regular undergraduate and graduate students. Including those who will enter the university on campus)

Please note the following

  • The ceremony will be conducted in English.

  • There are enough seats available, so relatives, faculty and staff may attend the ceremony in the Toyoda Auditorium.

  • The ceremony will be live-streamed for the benefit of overseas/ distant residents and their families. The URL for the live broadcast will be posted on this page before the ceremony begins.

  • Those who have fever or other cold symptoms will not be admitted.

  • Decisions regarding the use of masks shall be left to the judgement of the individual.

  • If you have a disability and require assistance, please contact your undergraduate/ graduate school in advance.
