Nagoya University Donates Relief Funds for the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake

We would like to express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, which occurred on July 28, 2026. We also extend our heartfelt sympathies to those who were injured, affected by the disaster, or forced to evacuate, as well as to their families and all others concerned.

We sincerely thank everyone who generously contributed to the Nagoya University Relief Fund for the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake.

The relief fund was established to support assistance efforts for those affected by the disaster. On September 3, a total of ¥1.04 million was donated through the Chunichi Shimbun Social Welfare Foundation.

We sincerely pray for the swift recovery of the affected areas.
