The Nagoya University logo is available for use in the following formats. Faculty and staff may use the logo for university purposes; all other use requires an application to the General Affairs Department. If in doubt, contact the General Affairs Department to confirm if your use of the logo fits university regulations.

Nagoya University’s school color is dark green, representing perseverance and eternity in its darkness, and youth in its greenness.

Typography
Consistent typography helps create a cohesive visual identity. Our primary fonts are:
- Primary font (print): Minion Pro for body text, Myriad Pro for headings
- Digital font: Open Sans for web and digital applications
- Japanese font: Noto Sans JP for Japanese text
Style guide
Written text should conform to the following style guide where possible and appropriate. In general, we use American English spelling and grammar. Written text should conform to the Associate Press style guide. This does not apply to research papers, which should be written in a format that conforms to the requirements of the journal.
