G30 graduate admissions: Rolling round and second round will begin on May 8, 2026

Rolling admissions for master’s programs will open on May 8 (9:00 a.m. JST) until May 21 (4:00 p.m. JST), 2026. The second round for doctoral programs will also start accepting applications on May 8 (9:00 a.m. JST), 2026. Check the list below to see if your program of interest is open this round.

The admissions requirements for all the programs are available on the Admissions page.

The G30 Admissions Office will also host a Graduate School Admissions Webinar on Friday, April 24 at 2:00 p.m. JST for anyone interested in applying during this round! Learn about the application process, scholarships, and student life at Nagoya University.

Applicants who have already created accounts in the first round will be able to use the same account to complete your application in the rolling/second round. If you experience technical issues logging on to the portal (online application system, T-Cens), please contact us at: apply@g30.nagoya-u.ac.jp.

For any admission-related questions, please contact us through the portal using the messaging feature of the application system. The portal will re-open on May 8, 9:00 a.m. JST.

Please note that the Admissions Office will be closed during the Golden Week holidays (May 2 to 6). The staff will start replying to your email inquiries when they return the office.
