Students who have been nominated by their home institutions to participate in the Nagoya University Program for Academic Exchange (NUPACE) are reminded that all application materials must be submitted by Sunday, March 15, 2026. The deadline applies to students seeking mid-September 2026 admission.
Who this applies to
This deadline is for students who have already been nominated through the International Office of their home institution. Nominations for this intake closed on March 1, 2026. Students who have not yet secured a nomination from their home institution are not eligible to proceed with an application.
Submission and next steps
As preparation of the application documents can take time, students are strongly encouraged to begin gathering materials well in advance and to consult with their home institution’s International Office throughout the process.
Following the application deadline, Nagoya University will conduct a document screening examination, with results expected to be communicated to students in mid-June 2026. Students will arrive at Nagoya University in mid-September 2026.
