Issuing receipts

Requesting a receipt

  • If you require a receipt, please fill out the “Request for Certificate Issuance” form below.
  • After that, please come to the counter of your affiliation with your student ID.
  • If you are unable to come to the counter, you can apply by mail or email attachment.
  • If you apply by mail or email, please attach a copy of your student ID and note your contact information such as your mobile phone number.
  • It will take several days to issue the certificate. Please apply with plenty of time to spare.
  • If you apply by email, we can reduce your waiting time when handing to you.

Receiving a receipt

  • We will hand over the receipt directly to the student at the counter.
  • If you have unavoidable reasons and would like to receive it by mail, please submit or send the following:
    • Request for Certificate Issuance
    • Copy of student ID
      • If you are a graduate, please submit a copy of public institution-issued ID (driver’s license, passport).
      • Please note your contact information such as mobile phone number.
  • Reply envelope
    • Please write your address and name.
    • We will send by registered mail. Please enclose a reply envelope of size 3 (Long type) and a 460 yen stamp.
    • We do not support mailing outside of Japan.

Important information

Receipts will not be reissued.

Frequently asked questions

Q1: How can I get a receipt in English?
A1: If you pay your tuition fees by direct debit, we will issue you a receipt written in Japanese and English.
In other cases, we will issue a certificate. Please submit “Request for Certificate Issuance”.

Q2: How can I get a receipt for the Enrollment fee or Application fee?
A2: We will issue a certificate. Please submit “Request for Certificate Issuance”.

Q3: If I pay my tuition fees by direct debit, can I get a receipt automatically?
A3: We issue a receipt when you submit “Request for Certificate Issuance”.

Q4: Where is the Funding Control Division located?
A4: The Funding Control Division is located in Higashiyama Campus Map(B4④-2F).

Q5: What are your hours of operation? Are you open on weekends and holidays?
A5: We are available on weekdays from 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00. The counter may be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and summer holidays, so please email us before coming.
