Nagoya University Student to Receive FY2017 JSPS Ikushi Prize

Mr. Kosuke Murate, a third-year doctoral student at the Graduate School of Engineering, Nagoya University, has been selected for the Eighth (FY2017) Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Ikushi Prize. The prize was established in FY2010 to recognize and support outstanding doctoral students who show promise in contributing to future scientific advancement in Japan.

Out of 152 nominees, 18 students have been selected to receive the Eighth JSPS Ikushi Prize. The award ceremony will be held on March 6 (Tue), 2018.
